    Follow these simple steps to install your Travan eSIM on any compatible device.

    Compatible devices: iPhone XS, XR, or any later model (iOS 12.1+). iPhones purchased in mainland China and some carrier-locked models do not support eSIM. Go to Settings → General → About — if "Digital SIM" or "eSIM" appears, your device is compatible.

    ✨ Recommended. Tap the activation link from your Travan email and iOS installs the eSIM automatically. Requires iOS 17.4+.

    Before You Start

    Confirm your iPhone is compatible and ready

    Steps:

    • iPhone XS / XR or later with iOS 17.4 or later
    • Device is carrier-unlocked
    • Connected to Wi-Fi
    • Travan activation email is open on this same iPhone

    💡 Tip

    iPhone XS / XR or later. Go to Settings → General → About — if 'Digital SIM' or 'eSIM' appears, your device is compatible. iPhones purchased in mainland China (except iPhone 17e and iPhone Air) do not support eSIM.

    Keep Wi-Fi on throughout installation. Data Roaming must be enabled before your trip.
